Insono Opens Its 13th Hearing Care Centre in Koramangala — A Special Visit from WS Audiology CEO Avinash Pawar

We opened our 13th centre this July, this time in Koramangala, Bangalore, and it turned into one of our most memorable launches yet. Not because of the number 13, but because of who showed up for it.

There's always a certain nervous energy in the air before a new centre opens, the kind that comes from months of planning finally coming together. This time, that feeling was mixed with something else, the excitement of knowing Mr. Avinash Pawar, CEO of WS Audiology, the company behind Signia, was flying down personally to be there with us. He'd chosen to be there in person, and for a team that's worked hard to get to this point, that meant something.

The morning began with his arrival, and the first moment of the day was a quiet, personal one. Our Founder, Mr. Manoj Kumar, welcomed him with a shawl, a small gesture, but one that carried a lot of gratitude in it, for the trust WS Audiology has placed in us, and for a partnership that's grown into something we're genuinely proud of.

From there, things moved the way they usually do at our openings, just with a little more emotion in the room than usual. Mr. Pawar cut the ribbon at the entrance, and just like that, the doors opened officially to patients in one of Bangalore's busiest, most connected neighbourhoods. Inside, he lit the ceremonial lamp alongside Mr. Manoj Kumar, the same small ritual we follow at every centre we open, and one that never quite loses its significance no matter how many times we do it.

The new Insono Hearing Solutions centre offers comprehensive hearing care services, including hearing assessments, hearing aid consultations, hearing aid fitting, programming, aftercare support, and personalized hearing solutions. With this new location, patients across Koramangala and nearby areas of Bangalore can now access professional audiology services closer to home.

Our team was there in full strength for the occasion, Mr. Kundan Kumar, Mr. Shobhit, Mr. Bodhi, Mr. Anand, and Mr. Subodh, standing alongside the WS Audiology team who'd come with Mr. Pawar. It was the kind of morning where everyone in the room understood exactly what the day meant, not just for the centre, but for everything Insono has worked toward since it started.

Before the formal ceremony wrapped up, Mr. Pawar walked through the centre, looked at the setup, and spoke to our team about how we work day to day. It wasn't a quick photo-op appearance, he stayed, asked questions, and clearly wanted to understand what we're building here, not just be there for the ribbon.

Koramangala isn't an easy market to enter. It's dense, competitive, and full of people who already have plenty of healthcare options at their doorstep. But that's exactly why we wanted a centre here, because good hearing care shouldn't only exist where it's convenient to set up shop, it should be available wherever people need it.

Thirteen centres in, this one felt different. Not because the number changed, but because of who believed in it enough to show up in person, and stay through it.
