Beyond the Hearing Aid: Inside the Phonak Infinio Portfolio Workshop at Insono

That is what made the Phonak Infinio Portfolio Workshop at our centre more than just another training session.

The workshop was conducted by the Phonak Sonova Hearing India team, and brought together our MD, audiologists and the wider Insono team — including our marketing and support staff — for an in-depth session on the Phonak Infinio portfolio and the technology shaping modern hearing solutions. Having the entire team in the room, not just the clinical staff, meant everyone left with a shared understanding of what the Infinio portfolio brings to the table.

Throughout the workshop, the focus remained on learning. New technology, portfolio knowledge and practical insights gave the team an opportunity to look beyond the features of a hearing aid and understand the thinking behind today's hearing solutions.

For our audiologists especially, this kind of session matters. Hearing technology continues to evolve, and so do the expectations of people seeking hearing support.
